Varsha, a renowned figure as International Beauty Queen – Miss Scuba International 2016, Founder – Oceanic Divas, Climate Reality Leader, Ocean Ambassador India, Model, TEDx Speaker, and Environmentalist, has once again proven her commitment to creating a positive impact.

Varsha Rajkhowa, daughter of Wing Commander Atul Rajkhowa, has taken a significant step towards environmental conservation in Jodhpur. As an environmentalist, Ocean Ambassador India, and Miss Scuba International, Varsha organized a tree plantation drive at the Yuddh Veerangana Hostel and Sainik Vishram Grah in Jodhpur.

In commemoration of the Silver Jubilee of Kargil Vijay Diwas, a nationwide plantation drive, “Zara Yaad Karo Kurbani” has begun.” This initiative is aimed at honoring the soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the Kargil War, with a heartfelt wish for peace and remembrance of the fallen heroes.

This effort is especially moving, considering the magnitude of lives lost in the Kargil conflict. In the 77-day Operation Vijay, India lost 527 soldiers—more than the casualties in the 14-month-long 1947–48 Jammu & Kashmir war, the 23-day Indo-Pak war of 1965, or even the 13-day 1971 war that led to the liberation of Bangladesh.

A tree-planting event organized under the name "Zara Yaad Karo Kurbani" (Remember Kurbani) in Jodhpur. The event was held at the District Sainik Board and War Widows' Hostel premises, where a large number of environmental enthusiasts participated.
