Criteria of Participation (Terms and Conditions)

Should be a citizen or are a permanent resident (PR) of India or a Valid OCI Card Holder.

Is between 18 - 35 years of age at the date of the International Pageant ( Nov 2027)*

With a minimum height of 5'4 or 162cm (barefoot)
-
​Valid Passport till July 2028
-
Possess proportionate body and charm
-
Is able to converse in Basic English
-
Is comfortable with Water based Activities
-
Must have a reasonable knowledge of the current environment issues
-
Keen at promoting the sport of Scuba Diving and is passionate about Marine Conservation
-
Is female by birth
-
Is single; never been married
-
Is not pregnant; never given birth
-
No visible tattoo (small ink is acceptable)
-
Is in good health and good moral character
-
Is not under contract with any person, firm, pageant or corporation that would prevent her appearance or participation in the Miss Scuba International Pageant.

Has not participated in any obscene exhibitions, whether in print, stage, television or otherwise.

No criminal record or history of any kind.

Contestants are expected to conduct themselves with grace, respect, and professionalism at all times.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards fellow contestants, organizers, or staff will not be tolerated.

Contestants must maintain a positive and respectable image throughout the competition.

Any scandalous or defamatory behavior may lead to immediate disqualification.

Contestants are required to attend all scheduled rehearsals, events, and activities related to the pageant.

Failure to fulfill commitments may result in point deductions or disqualification.

The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for violating these terms and conditions or for any behavior deemed inappropriate.

Contestants are responsible for their own wardrobe during the competition.

Attire should be tasteful and in accordance with the pageant's guidelines.

Contestants are responsible to incur their own travel expenses.

All social media handles of the contestant should be public.

Decision of judges and organisers will be binding and final on the contestants.

​Judges decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Registration Fee is non-refundable
-
All entries must reach Miss Scuba India Organisation by 1600hrs, 30th June 2026. MSI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject late, incomplete or false applications.
