Environmental Leader: Passionate about saving oceans and promoting sustainable living, Varsha has been involved in various initiatives, including tree plantation drives and clean-up campaigns.
TEDx Speaker: Sharing her experiences and insights on environmental conservation, climate change, and sustainability. She has been invited 3 times for TEDx.
Climate Reality Leader: Trained by the Climate Reality Project, Varsha is dedicated to raising awareness about climate change and its impact on the environment.
Ocean Ambassador India: Appointed to promote ocean conservation and sustainable practices in India.
Founder of Oceanic Divas: A fashion company that promotes sustainable fashion and supports ocean conservation initiatives.

With her father being a retired Indian Air Force officer, Varsha's patriotism and commitment to giving back to society are evident in her initiatives, such as the "Zara Yaad Karo Kurbani" tree plantation drive to honor Kargil War martyrs. Raya Odyssey initiative to contribute towards hospitals and medical facilities of the country. Rise Of The Reef - an coral and mangrove restoration program.

Rupa Rajkhowa completed her BSc and PGDCS , had an SSI unit a weaving centre name Manka weaving centre in Assam, then switched to teaching and has a 10 years teaching experience, post which she also had an restaurant name Momchick which was successfully running for 6 years.

Now she has become a business entrepreneur in the field of fashion and designing, and recently launched her brand with the name Aaika by Label Rupa Rajkhowa on a small scale.

She is currently the National Director of Miss Scuba India.

Steaffy Elizabeth Shaji brings together academic excellence, leadership, and a deep passion for wellness and empowerment.
A rank holder in M.A. Psychology with a specialization in Industrial Psychology, Steaffy furthered her academic journey by pursuing her second master’s in Human Resource Management from Australia. Her intellectual curiosity and drive for meaningful impact led her to the TEDx Melbourne stage.

Crowned Miss Scuba India 2019, Steaffy proudly represented India on the international stage, securing fourth place globally and winning the World Wildlife Fund sub-contest for India the same year an achievement that reflects her commitment to marine conservation and environmental sustainability. Following her success at Miss Scuba International, she worked with various international projects under Oceanic Divas, steadily climbing the ladder to become the Managing Director through her dedication, creativity, and passion for purpose-driven leadership.

As a mentor, Steaffy had mentored India’s representative in 2023 who placed in top 12 Professionally, she serves as the Managing Director of Oceanic Divas. Before this, Steaffy was a Teaching Associate at FLAME University’s Department of Psychology and played a pivotal role in establishing psychology departments across several schools, fostering mental health awareness at the academic level.

She is also the Founder of COPE Culture, a mental health organization dedicated to creating safe spaces and curating transformative programs focused on emotional self-awareness and psychological well-being

With over 20 years of experience in Public Relations, Advertising and Spatial Design. He is a partner in IC Outsourced LLP, a company specialising in communications, Gamification, Spatial design and Immersive tech solutions for clients across the globe.

He also serves on the board of National HRD Network Pune chapter.

WG CDR A C RAJKHOWA- Veteran Indian Airforce and Senior Advisor for Oceanic Divas. Completed his education from prestigious institute- National Defence Academy and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and schooling from Sainik School Goalpara.

An environmentalist and song writer by passion. He is the guiding and driving force of team Oceanic Divas. Master mind behind the initiative ‘Zara Yaad Karo Kurbani’, which is an initiative to give tribute to our nations heroes to keep their supreme sacrifice in our hearts forever.
